Designing a home involves hundreds of decisions. Our role is to bring those decisions into focus, guiding you through a clear and collaborative process that considers the way you live, the way you want to feel and the details that make a space distinctly yours.
Phase 1
Collaboration
Consultation
A 2-hour on site working session with Alaina to review the space, confirm scope of work and initiate ideas.

Phase 2
Design
Trade Day
This is where we gather our trades to visit your home, measure the space and review the scope of work to develop quotes.

Concept & Budget Review
We have a meeting to review the space planning, concept of the design and the preliminary budget.

Permits
If a permit is needed the Space plan is developed into a full permit set with required documents to be submitted by Pure Perspective to the municipality.

Presentation
The Pure Perspective team presents the design, full selections, elevations and more to you in person. One round of revisions is included, if required.

Construction Package Sign Off
Presentation and sign-off on the IFC package.

Phase 3
Implementation
Ordering & Construction
Orders are placed, trades are hired and installations begin.

Reveal Day
This is the exciting moment when it all comes together and you get to see all of your decisions come alive.

Project Closure & Deficiencies
Our team reviews the completed space, addresses any deficiencies, reconciles the project, and presents the client with the final project binder.
